What do you like best about the leadership team?
The most of leader are open to talk, but in some cases are slow to make decisions
They all are very amazing and dynamic personality

Be better at encouraging team for task implementation anf adopt feedback
Clarity in task assignment and consistency in development strategy
Very hierarchical leadership style. Lacking structure, and delayed decisions.They should focus on creating structure , increase employee engagement and recognition.

Yes, I'm in one of the best package

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unable to negotiate salary with manager, instead only having to accept a given increase rate based on performance
Hire more people. Stop over working staff. Train others so staff can have a balance or personal life and work life not be over worked
