Algoworks treat their employee like a family. Completely supportive about personal emergencies.
The learning and growth environment. No politics. The management is always involved so that the culture is intact.
The most positive part is that people here are very helping and motivating, they are always ready to solve your problems no matter how much difficulty you face. The management makes it very easy even for the new employees to get comfortable in the environment.

Interviewer make me comfortable and the whole session was quite interactive rather than acting like a Q/A round
