Having a management team that understands what you do for the team and uses that as a measure of performance in reviews. It shouldn’t just be based on the income of a completed projec
Being paid a market competitive wage and my employer should pay a larger percentage of our benefits.

everyone is easy to work with.
People are friendly when in the office.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a three panel interview, one interview after the other. All three are people I would eventually work with.
Getting to hear from many colleagues about their work experience.
I like that it was thorough and I remained informed.
