What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are bright and have strong backgrounds within the industry.
Innovative, nibble, passionate with incredible drive
The passion for seniors is infectious.
Their serving hearts and commitment to changing how healthcare is being delivered one person at a time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The need to understand what their staff do on a daily base. From A - Z and we are not robots . Stop trying to promote friends and do by by their skill sets.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The overall comp package is favorable
I feel my salary is very competative.
I am on salary plus commission so get rewarded based on performance (growth/retention)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There was never any mention that the company would not offer annual raises or merit increases.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are passionate about the mission.
Every one of my team members are passionate, driven and committed to the cause to put our seniors first and provide the best care possible....

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our four values: put the senior first, support the doctor, revolutionalize tech and data, all while having a serving heart....
our culture has hit a new stride for 2020 with the focus being on teamwork and collaboration and better communication
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A lot. Better communication, stronger collaboration, defined roles and responsibilities.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Short and sweet with a casual vibe.
I wasnt interviewed but hired due to previous relationship and a working history of over 15 years with the executive leadership but have heard positive feedback from new hires that the current interview process is smooth.

Giving back to seniors to impact their healthcare.
Alignment is my second family and am proud to call them just that.....
I enjoy the people and strategic nature of each day.
