Ms. Kathryn L. Biberstein, also known as Kathy, has been Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President of Alkermes plc since February 2017 and September 2015 respectively. Ms. Biberstein has been the Chief Compliance Officer of Alkermes plc since September 16, 2011 and has been its Chief Administrative Officer since May 2016. Ms. Biberstein has been Secretary of Alkermes plc since June 2004 and served as its Chief Legal Officer since September 2011 until May 2016. Ms. Biberstein served as a General Counsel of Alkermes plc from March 2003 to September 2011 and Senior Vice President from September 16, 2011 to March 16, 2016. She served as a Vice President of Alkermes plc from March 2003 to May 22, 2007. She served as a Senior Vice President of Alkermes plc since May 22, 2007. She served as Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of Alkermes, Inc. at Alkermes plc from May 2007 to September 16, 2011, served as its General Counsel since February 2003 until September 16, 2011 and served as its Vice President since February 2003 until May 2007.
