Very committed to the organization's mission, patients and employees, non-hierarchical
Passionate about the product and fair to employees
Experienced professionals with a vision. They uphold a positive and patient-focused culture.
The leadership team at Alkermes are all approachable and treat everyone equally. I have never seen a CEO know mostly everyone's name for a company this size. The leadership care about the employees that work here. The culture is really amazing and unique.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learn to listen, and act on the items. If you give them 10 items they will hang there hats if they take of 1 item and let the other 9 linger.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Basis is old and outdated. Hasn't changed in over 7 yrs. Maybe even longer.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are collaborative, listen to ideas, trust each other.
CEO is a great leader with good morals.
Everyone is collaborative, and leadership focuses on enabling people to do their work. Many people have personal motivations for improving patient care, and want to have a positive work experience.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Learn to set realistic goals

Be more agile and flexible. Listen to their employees. Be more generous and rewarding.
