CEO is a great leader with good morals.

Everyone is collaborative, and leadership focuses on enabling people to do their work. Many people have personal motivations for improving patient care, and want to have a positive work experience.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Michael micro manager Rossetti and his goons need to leave the company

Be more agile and flexible. Listen to their employees. Be more generous and rewarding.
