What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very people caring and concerned about your well being.
The leadership team is knowledgeable and highly experienced in the industry. They have an open-door policy, they are responsive to employee questions and concerns, and they care about the success of their teams.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Sell the company or file chapter 13. The damage from your inept VPs of Sales is unrecoverable at this point.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay your employees. We should not have to go all the way to the dept of labor to get our last paycheck.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication between departments is nonexistent. There is no training for admin, sales or warehouse people. This leads to ineffective customer service and difficulties in getting deals booked by the commission deadlines.

It's extremely easy to get hired. First red flag.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The customers are treated with contempt, disrespect and distrust. The company is profit driven over customer satisfaction because the mismanagement backed them into a corner where they have to be this was at this point.
