What are some of the best things about your team?Not a Team - they're part of my family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The amount of work expected. Maybe just an ounce of caring from management to figure out what is going on in the department would be nice.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Most of the workers are rude and condescending. They can be passive aggressive if they don't get their way. Half of Locums is on drugs.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?The recruiters gets all the attention and it doesn't matter what I do to get noticed they only care about the recruiters. I have spent countless hours making large changes in the organization without ever any notice from leadership.
