What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The work environmemt engenders collaboration and respect.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Appreciation. They use to do a summer employee appreciation BBQ, and they would give away gifts... that went away. They dont offer any discounts for employees on food items at the cafes, the perks are very low
