Most of leadership is new either to the company or to adjusting. Managers put less time in at work than their workers.

Be professional. Treat your employees like people not trash.

Professionalism. No opinions, no retaliation, no rumors or exclusion at work. Work on leadership ethics and compliance training.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We feel undervalued because we are constantly "reminded" aka threatened, that we are replaceable. We are not treated or greeted with any kind of structure or respect.

Employees who barely show up to work are treated better because they are friends with management. Raises are rare even if you have been the top performer for 2 years.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Management and expectaions. Management is salary and should put in more hours than the hourly employee. Managers should also learn how to adjust using the claims handling software we use. Managent needs to stop setting false expectations.

Very little training and toxic work place.

Whats going wrong within the company has already been spoken to leadership about with NO ACTION or changes made to rectify an issue. Employees are clearly unhappy as the business is just a revolving door but nothing will clearly change.

Work culture and management is the worst I've ever seen. They operate with a "im better than you" attitude. Improvements can only come by educating them.
