He serves as the Chairman of Retzloff Industries, Inc. e served as Chairman of the Board of Travis Body & Trailer, Inc. He served as the Chairman of Sterling Bank. Mr. Retzloff served as the Chairman of Sterling Bancshares Inc. since October 25, 2004 until 2005 and from 1990 to 1992. He serves as a Director of Allegiance Bancshares Inc. He serves as a Director at Allegiance Bank Texas. He served as Director of Sterling Bank and Travis Body & Trailer, Inc.
