Mr. Sheldon served as Director of Accounting of Allegiant Travel since May 2005. Prior to that, he served as Accounting Manager of Allegiant Travel from January 2004 to May 2005. He served as Vice President of Accounting at Allegiant Air, after holding positions as Accounting Manager and Director of Accounting. Prior to joining Allegiant in 2004, he worked as a Senior Audit Associate at Perry-Smith, LLP. From November 2001 to January 2004, He served as a Certified Public Accountant of Perry-Smith, LLP regional public accounting firm in Sacramento, California.
