Fantastic company with a bright future!

I started work in the hottest months of Florida. So far they don't want to fix any equipment to help us. We get Popsicles and pizza instead of a raise. They force you to work through rain or 120 degrees. There are no breaks. They will yell at you to get back to work even if you're pouring sweat.

Horroble place to work its bad

They do not respect the employees and even if you are a line holder you are treated like reserve ever day. No one gets paid enough to do any of the stuff we are required to do every day.

I have had so many great memories working for Allegiant. From outings a with other team members, to events held at the office. There is rarely a dull moment.

Mr. Gallagher has great leadership visions to operate a successful airline.

Full benefits. But, would like to have tuition reimbursement.

I receive commission and PTO as well as get awarded for perfect attendance

With the freedom to work as little or as much hours as you want, it's great to take time off and vacation every few months while still rolling in the dough on your busy ones. Wonderful flexibility.

Open seating is a pain, but the people are excellent and the work is interesting.

Complete management change, merger/aquisition, or some other miracle to boost morale and improve on the future.

New management that is ground operations certified. We are humans not machines.

All the delays because no ground crew or flights canceled because no flight crew and they are doing the cancellation last minute even if they knew days before and that needs to change
