Lucia Veiga Moretti — Senior Vice President and President of the Europe, Middle East, India, & Africa Region at ALLEGION PLC

Ms. Lucia Veiga Moretti serves as Senior Vice President at Allegion Plc and has been its President of the Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) region since March 2014. Ms. Moretti is responsible for Allegion's business in Europe, Middle East, India and Africa, where she leverage and enhance Allegion's technology products and advance the strategy to improve its business while driving greater profitability in the region. She also ensure Allegion's capabilities align with the needs of its customers. Before joining Allegion, she spent nearly 25 years in the automotive industry, the last 15 years with Delphi. She served as Senior Vice President and President of Delphi Product & Service Solutions at Delphi Automotive PLC since August 1, 2011. She served as Vice President of Global Independent Aftermarket at Delphi Product & Service Solutions. She served as Vice President of Delphi Automotive PLC. She served as Vice president, independent aftermarket at DPSS, EMEA. In 2003, She was named Director of marketing for DPSS, based in Troy, MI and in 2005, she served as managing director for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). She began her automotive career at the Delphi Joint Venture in Brazil (DHB) in 1989. She held a variety of assignments in sales, marketing and business planning. In 2001, she was named director of aftermarket, South America for Delphi Product & Service Solutions. She is a member of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) board and the Automotive Sales Council. Ms. Moretti has a bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts in 1987, a Master's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing in 1993 from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and a Master's Degree in Human Resources from the Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio Grande do Sul in 1991. She is fluent in multiple languages, including Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
