First, I'm paid what I said I was worth. Second, it's a competitive benefits package. Third, unlimited personal time as needed is like nothing I've seen anywhere else. Bonuses are quarterly, so one does not spend a whole year for the promise of MAYBE a bonus. It's meted out year round.
The company equity and the the knowledge that protecting employees equity from outside investors is a focus.
