What do you like best about the leadership team?
Listen to you and help solve any problems they can assist you with, they do their best
I believe in the vision of the new VP of manufacturing. Seems to truly care about all team members and has a desire to serve them well - all while improving our processes and constantly challenging our leaders towards more.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No clear direction of how they will achieve the next major upgrades to product other than thinking they can outsource everything. No undersanding that what they say they want to do and the amount of people and time it actually takes doesn't set up the company for success.
Communication is laking in aome departments
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Has one of the highest starting pay for a no skill entry level job in my area
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am slightly underpaid

My teammates, my direct supervisor and challenging and exciting work

customer support is misguided. price hikes and lack of responsiveness.
