I appreciate our leadership - VP, directors of Small and Large Chassis and my Area and Group leaders. I believe all of them have a great vision for our company and are striving to move towards it.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Hired 27 yrs ago you needed a reference to get an application Now the hold off the drug test

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

No clear direction of how they will achieve the next major upgrades to product other than thinking they can outsource everything. No undersanding that what they say they want to do and the amount of people and time it actually takes doesn't set up the company for success.
