What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is very integrated with the team and what goes on. They care about their associates and providing them resources for success.

They are excellent - we need to hold the sales team more accountable
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is really good
It is personalized to me. I also have help along the way making decisions about my compensation package. They ensure that I know my options.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Of course I feel I should be paid more based on my experience

We really love to help and we work well togethe
We have a fantastic manager who keeps the team positive and engaged. Everyone is so willing to help each other out.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Maturity and professionalism as well as effective communication with clients
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The atmosphere and the team dynamics
We like to work hard, but have fun doing it. I have not met a person in the corporate office that I did not like.
