This compaby is trash !!!!
Because even though it is me and my team that keep the building safe, they have people who clean the toilets making more money than us

we work and come on time to work
My partner and I have each others back

most part of working there is good but it got, it down side too
The safe and friendly work environment makes me feel most happy at work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The people we're hired to safeguard dont understand the necessity nor do they appreciate our efforts. Improvement will only come from my departure.
