- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Everything. HR Leader is the worst leader I have ever worked with. There is 80% turnover in the HR department and most all of it can be traced back to her.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The company runs lean which means that there's always plenty of work to be done (often more than 40 hours a week); but the compensation doesn't always match the amount of work.
