What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clear goals and metrics with the guidance to achieve
They are incompetent fools for real.
My team is amazing through since we care about the customer and or our clients.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing employees, paying promptly for overtime, giving out uniforms when fitted for uniforms, being honest about work hours, sharing with male and female employees the same information/post orders, shift leaders not favoring their buddies, investing in employees who do care and want to do well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Units available when the company goes public
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A matching 401k after a certain vesting time. Better healthcare options (most would pay for 'Cadillac' health insurance, including dental). The entire management team not addressing blatant misconduct by other guards/management. HR not addressing issues such as no uniforms, pay discrepancies...

Team is always helpful and excited to get things done.
The site itself is beautiful and pleasant. The people are engaging and responsive. The client is open to communication.
