What leadership, these mofos can't develop teams.
Everything, they cut all benefits and treat everyone like robots to abuse

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If it wrer maybe close to the minimum wage.
Biggest security company, paid per gaurd posted around what we get as overtime should get at least 50/50 medical. Vision and dental should be paid and even unworked holidays should be paid. We are cared for as much as contracted employees around us. We get the scraps.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Its supervisor at my site.no favorites and she really answera your questions
We show up and we do the job together. It's not a contest.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Act on emails sent to them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its work assignments makes it very satisfying
We communicate the best we can and deliver the job duties asked.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Having enough workforce, instead of playing the overtime game, would be a big help.
Better benefits and wages, we are not robots
