What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are all great. The internal chat groups are funny.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Underpaid. Understaffed. No idea how the merger is going because they barely tell us anything. Improve by increasing pay, increasing communication, and hiring more people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct managers are great. I rarely hear from someone above that outside of monthly meetings. Exertis bought Almo and we barely get updates about the transition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid less than when I started my career. Raise the base pay. C-Level keeps saying we have record sales and yet salaries are not going up while inflation skyrockets.
