What do you like best about the leadership team?
Overall Good.. although need some improvement on communication
They welcome all ideas, they are supportive, and are great listeners.
I love how accessible and approachable the leadership team is at Alo. They do a great job of sharing their vision and the why which is so important to those executing.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical benefits have improved (lower costs), maternity leave is now available, extended PTO if needed
Management does a great job of making me feel valued for all of the hard work I put in.

helping each other accomplish task
Their loyalty to the brand
Some of the best things about my team is that they are all go-getters! Alo has a startup feel and I love working alongside equally minded hard-working team members - we all motivate each other to do our best and push the limits!

we aim to lead with kindness
Our mission and our why is rooted in positivity. We bring mindfulness to the world through amazing clothing, wellness products, and live-streaming classes (to name a few)

short.. simple... with a friendly conversation
there was transparency about the role
I love that I met with 5 different team members before receiving the offer. It really helps you decide if this is a place you want to work and a team you can see yourself working with.

working with my team, working for a brand I believe in
I feel like my ideas are always listened to and that I have a seat at the table. Everyone at Alo is valued and is encouraged to share their opinion no matter their level or experience.
My supervisor provides me a ton of support to get my best work done.
