What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are terrible, no sick days, no benefits, because they have every one working strickly part time so they can't get full time benefits, no raises, 30 min lunch (sometimes) no breaks and if you forget to clock in or out it's a strike in your record. They are egotistical and rude

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
What compensation? Listening to a manager run her mouth about how terrible we all are for $8 an hour. Oook
The pay rate should be higher the benefits should be easier to access and the employee should have an open door policy

They are less meetings, more boot camp training
They just need a complete overhaul

I don't think there is any getting better at this point I think you just need to shut the whole thing down and start over

Be more honest especially about pay
Can I have some more qualifying questions instead of just hiring every 10 Tom and Bob on the street
