Pros: Working in remote areas and getting to experience the beautiful communities and the amazing Yolngu people who are so welcoming. Cons: - Low pay - Very low work life balance - Lack of proper onboarding and training - Almost all management are unsupportive, corrupt and don't care about community

The only positives about the culture and environment within ALPA are felt when working with community members.
