Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The way upper management treat others. The training managers are unskilled and need more training themselves. They throw you into production whereas you are confused and clueless and then yell at you for their non-training skills
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is a very stressful environment. The best thing is the good bye at the end of the day.
