Salaries are very low compared to another software company. 401k matching is horrible and no rsu

A software company without software benefits.

Salaries are far below market. I've actually left for a 40% raise. The formerly excellent health insurance plans were replaced with sub-par offerings in 2021. RSUs have been largely abolished and the 401k match is negligible.
