Supervisor tries to make you work OT but doesn't want to pay for it. Coworkers are nice, facilities are nice, and good benefits, pay is ok.

Our dept director is very knowledgeable and fair, it's the managers that cause the high turnover

I've been in my position for 2 years and I've been told I'm going to get raises/ promoted if I just wait. I've been waiting over a year. Also leadership needs to communicate with each other
