What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our dept director is very knowledgeable and fair, it's the managers that cause the high turnover
they work with the issue and come up with a solution that is neutral to everyone in the team
They are the best Motivators

Retire and leave the organization
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Premium pay for urgent care shifts
We get to participate in activities such as vitality as an option, we earn gift cards while maintaining health on top of all the benefits we already have
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
too much work, no follow up, no prioritization, lacks organization
I've been in my position for 2 years and I've been told I'm going to get raises/ promoted if I just wait. I've been waiting over a year. Also leadership needs to communicate with each other
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly staff who treat patients with kindness
Work well together as a team
we are family, we don't hesitate to help each other, we teach and learn as a team

Less gossip and more patient friendly conversations
