At the Osceola plant management needs to be completely revamped. Management treats employees like disposable items
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Retirement and health insurance

Retirement package is very good. Medical as well
i have dental insurance for free

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I currently supervise 8-20 different associates that make more than I do. That in itself says enough.
We should get bonuses quarterly
If we got paid incentive pay or bonus

High energy, always trying to improve. Positive.

they are young and with a lot of energy
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No one is held to the same expectations. It all depends on who you golf with or have beers with on the weekends. Its not about performance.
Most need to improve attitude
Better management and better training.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive environment. Values drive behavior.
The atmosphere is mostly positive
i fell no envy from anyone and they all want to help

Classes on leadership abd what Altec's values really mean and how they should be executed in a leadership role.

Its a thorough process. Good.

The leaders look for buddies, not professional people that can make a difference.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing some of the guys smilies on their faces when I engage with them
Helping people with their trucks so they can continue to work.

Everything had bern said in yhe context of this quiz.
employees are expected to work 10 hours days 5 days a week and work almost every Saturday. Will not create a second shift, nor does management seems to care about employees at all.
