Care about the employees. Pay the employees an honest wage without taking advantage of workers and loopholes.

The company admitted to it. Would like the company to pay what they said they would pay.

Very diverse backgrounds ans experiences

Coworkers don't care cause they are overworked, ignored, and taken advantage of. Pay everyone fairly and production and moral will improve.
