Each group within A&M is different, but overall it is good and growing company that pays well if you are busy, and not so much if they are not. There is very little corporate nonsense, but downside is they do little to grow staff outside of workstream. Politics like everywhere but very few apples
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart team, not political, work is fairly distributed
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very few layers, allowing for direct communication and little fluff, but on the flipside the messages can conflict or change quickly. Seems to have a long term goal and maintains the company's reputation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base compensation for various analyst/associate haven't moved in years, which is unacceptable, especially as their billing rates go up very quickly. Widely acknowledged that the company is stingy, which is great for the hire ups.
