Very few layers, allowing for direct communication and little fluff, but on the flipside the messages can conflict or change quickly. Seems to have a long term goal and maintains the company's reputation.

Vacation time off - 3 weeks to start
The salary is the best among other consulting firms
Very high Bonus structure and healthy base pay
A&M is top of market for compensation
Well above market compensation. Highly merit based
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base compensation for various analyst/associate haven't moved in years, which is unacceptable, especially as their billing rates go up very quickly. Widely acknowledged that the company is stingy, which is great for the hire ups.

Diversity , competence , ability to assist others
They always like to work collaborative
Very collaborative teammates who look to help each other solve problems
The team is hardworking and smart
Smart team, not political, work is fairly distributed
