What do you like best about the leadership team?
Given that leader ship changes constantly it is hard to like.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Ensure managers become leaders. Also do away with corporate talk and endless meetings focus on employee growth and customer satisfaction both which have been neglected for years.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
better medical and dental, more work life balance pay is lower than market
It is evident the company is only looking to survive to the next quarter. Rank and file come absolute last after PE, executives, then employees. Paltry benefits for a standard employee. Also continuous layoffs but no problem hiring managers, VPs, and directors that are connected.

Cross functionally we complete tasks that get the job done

Revenue is important it if your NRR is horrible new sales don’t matte

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Used to be a leader. Rested on the laurels and did not think ahead. Product is now a commodity with a low barrier to entry. The acquisition was a mistake and there was definitely a reason why they allowed themselves acquired. Essentially we inherited technical debt and a multitude ofunhappy clients
