They come together,on all decisions.

Other than the Ops SVP, Noone on the executive team has healthcare experience which limits the comprehension of other departments.
They should take more time to get the right person to the right client.

Everything ,i donot have a certain part.

Paid below industry average to similar positions and peers in same position with other Healthcare franchise systems.
So many other companies offer benefits and overtime. They don't.

Everything is fantastic about the team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Knowledge of industry and franchisees needs and wants.
If we had meetings to discuss things and not just to be told things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company, nothing is positive. Environment, is in clients homes so it is diverse.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Eliminate duplication of processes. Hold people accountable.
