Owning shares of Alyce is legit the best part. I feel connected with the company and that what I do truly effects the bottom line.

I liked how open and transparent everybody was. No one sugarcoated anything and things were exactly how they were illustrated to me when I started my work at Alyce.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support and excitement are what make this environment so great. People are genuinely excited to be a part of this burgeoning startup and the excitement is both contagious and addicting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The cohesiveness of this team is amazing. We're like a big family and people are always ready to help. Onboarding remotely during the Pandemic was a challenge on its own but this team made it so much easier.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my interactions with the customers. They genuinely love the platform they are working within and are fully bought into the Alyce vision. I like the fact that I am viewed as a consultant by my customers. They come to me for help, ideas and sometimes a bit of creativity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how accessible this leadership team is ALL the way up to the CEO. My first week working at Alyce I got to grab 30 minutes with Greg to hear all about his vision of Alyce and it just helped my buy in that much more. Our CEO hops into our Monday forecasting calls and offers help is needed.
