Equity option, good salary and nice benefits. Had to wait 90 days for health benefits from my last job.

They work well as a team and actually seem to care about the employees. They also keep everyone updated and listen to new ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People Listen. Open to new ideas. Very customer first focussed and they give people to make key decisions, especially when its support the customer.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Met with two people within the hour interview. Everyone was nice. There was a focus on chemistry. They checked references and I had an offer within two weeks.
