Mr. Edward H. Myles, also known as Ted, MBA, has been the Chief Financial Officer at AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since April 2016, has been its Executive Vice President since December 12, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President and Treasurer until December 12, 2017. Mr. Myles served as Senior Vice President of Finance at AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Myles served as Chief Financial Officer at Ocata Therapeutics, Inc. (also known as Advanced Cell Technology Inc.) from June 12, 2013 to February 10, 2016 and its Chief Operating Officer since May 2014 to February 10, 2016. Mr. Myles served as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Advanced Cell Technology Inc., since June 12, 2013. Mr. Myles served as the Principal Executive Officer of Advanced Cell Technology Inc. until June 24, 2014 and served as its Interim President since January 22, 2014 until June 24, 2014. Mr. Myles served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations at PrimeraDx, Inc., until June 2013. He joined PrimeraDx in 2008. Mr. Myles served as the Chief Financial Officer of Pressure BioSciences, Inc. from April 3, 2006 to November 18, 2008, Vice President of Finance since April 3, 2006, Senior Vice President, Finance from February 12, 2007 to November 18, 2008 and also served as its Treasurer. He served as a Consultant of Pressure BioSciences, Inc. He served as Controller of EMD Pharmaceuticals, a wholly-owned affiliate of Merck KGaA from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Myles held a wide variety of responsibilities in the areas of accounting, licensing & business development at EMD. Mr. Myles worked for the health care investment banking group of SG Cowen Securities Corporation from 2002 to 2003, where he provided advisory services to emerging and middle-market companies. He co-founded Luminomics, an early-stage biotechnologycompany. Mr. Myles served as Corporate Controller of Boston Biomedica, Inc., where he oversaw all financial reporting, accounting and financial operations. He joined Boston Biomedica, Inc. in 1997. Mr. Myles worked at the accounting firms Price Waterhouse LLP and Coopers & Lybrand LLP, where he held positions of increasing responsibility from 1993 to 1997. Mr. Myles has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1996. He holds a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Hartford and MBA with an emphasis on strategy and corporate finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
