What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great new team of strong execs
They have clear goals for the company, but are open to adjusting their goals and plans when the data shows their original plans aren't working out.
They allow you to do your job with minimal micromanagement.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
standard, but good pay overall
The unlimited flexible time off is actually unlimited- I've never heard of anyone being denied time off here.
The variable component is good but the base salary leaves a lot to be desired.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
I love getting to work with my team, as during each meeting I feel I learn something new from their expertise and am able to teach them something or help them see something in a different way at the same time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I just accept that as part of the job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a large focus on growth for the employees as well as the company. Everyone is brought on with a focus on their potential, and then are encouraged to live up and surpass that potential.
The company is growing, with no layoffs or furloughs during the pandemic.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What makes you most happy at work?
I love the opportunities to socialize with other members of the company through zoom calls, events, and groups like Gamers Unite.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't think the company invested at all into our at-home offices or any perks for doing a good job. Whatever work is accomplished it never seems like it's good enough.
