free healthcare, you literally can't beat that.
Great salary. Especially relative to the cost of living here.

What are some of the best things about your team?
camaraderie, communication, a sense of team
Agile. We set plans, but aren't afraid to pivot if a better opportunity comes up for better results. Working in a lean startup keeps you on your toes, and always learning and optimizing.
They motivate me to work smarter and harder.
