Yes as I told management is not capable specially vp of Amberroad Bangalore,he is vp by name worse leader worse person and managers are worse ,people specially new commers don't like to stay amberroad more than a year
Just like the rest of us, they need to solidify their processes

Salary was avarage.only food was good that was I liked

All very helpful, engaged, proactive and humble
Very results-oriented.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coding standard I think only worse people who are not able to get job in outside these people are only work in Amberroad.
