I don't feel undervalued but a set in stone compensation plan. Larger companies tend to have a scale so that you know what you need to meet in order to receive a raise. Or if knowing there was opportunity to move up within the company.

Market value for Director of Infrastructure with direct reports is much higher monetarily. Without a full redesign of the compensation structure, there really isn't anything that can be done.
