I have watched and driven the technical footprint of AMC bring itself from the stone age to working it's way into modern technology.

I've watched this company grow into a place anyone would be proud to work at. It was a little hectic in the first year but it has surpassed my expectations in allowing me to grow from an Account Manager to a Sales Executive and while it has been a roller-coaster it has been well worth the ride.

When petitioned with an issue or concern it is addressed in a timely manner. They are approachable and I feel comfortable sharing issues and concerns without retribution. Their attitude is we are all in this together and must work together to be successful.

I connect with my boss directly as we have worked together for five years. He understands me, and how I work; I understand him and how he works. He doesn't micromanage at all which gives me the freedom to be the best manager I can be.

They're very approachable and they value my opinion. They seek the opinions from the Team members. They are forthcoming with sharing the company's goals and plans and they recognize employees for their contributions. They allow you to thrive in a stress free environment.

I don't feel undervalued but a set in stone compensation plan. Larger companies tend to have a scale so that you know what you need to meet in order to receive a raise. Or if knowing there was opportunity to move up within the company.

Market value for Director of Infrastructure with direct reports is much higher monetarily. Without a full redesign of the compensation structure, there really isn't anything that can be done.

We are a tight knit family.

Very hardworking and always available to help at anytime.

My team gets things done with minimal supervision. No need to micromanage or to check work constantly. We work tirelessly to ensure that our infrastructure is at the peak of performance.

We are a family and even though we are virtual we make time to interact in group settings so you don't feel like you're working in a silo. We all work together to help each other problem solve things which might not be an issue in our respective territories.
