Knowing my Team and I are appropriately aligned and never satisfied with a new best. Everyone knows their position and executes their responsibilities to continually set a new expectation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all connected in some fashion. We share the same goals and purpose. Although most like to win, we don't like to lose. Not to say we are sore losers, we use temporary diversions to elevate our performance. That is a result of awareness.
