Salary and over time compensation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've trying to get promoted for many years. I am being valued as a developer and problem solver but this makes me hard stuck on that position without any positional or salary increase. I am not ambitious, being boss is not imporatant, but salary is.
