Mr. Gerard founded IntegraCare Holdings, Inc. in 1998 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since 2007. He served as the Vice President of Central Region at IntegraCare Holdings, Inc. He served as a Division Vice President of Finance, Division Vice President of Operations and Division Vice President of Sales at IntegraCare Holdings, Inc. Mr. Gerard's vision to provide community service care in 1999 and hospice care in 2001 to complement IntegraCare Holdings's then existing home health business has proven to be a key driver in the growth of IntegraCare Holdings. In less than a decade, Mr. Gerard has turned IntegraCare from a single start-up location into a comprehensive, multi-location provider of Home Health Care, Hospice and Community Care Services throughout most of Texas. Prior to 1998, Mr. Gerard served in various executive finance and accounting positions in the healthcare sector. Mr. Gerard received his bachelors degree in Finance from Texas Tech University.
