Mr. Scott G. Ginn has been the Chief Financial Officer of Amedisys Inc. since October 6, 2017 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer since February 2017 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer since February 23, 2012 and served as its Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting and Controller since October 2015 and April 2007 until February 2017 and October 2015 respectively. Mr. Ginn has more than 15 years of public accounting experience. He served as an Audit Director for the Baton Rouge office of Postlethwaite & Netterville. He joined Postlethwaite & Netterville in 1991 after working for Ernst & Young in Baton Rouge and was admitted as a Director there in 2002. Mr. Ginn served as the Lead Director in automotive dealership and employee benefit plan accounting and audit practice at Postlethwaite. He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Louisiana Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Ginn received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
