Executive Bio
As Chief Administrative Officer, Scott is responsible for vision, strategy, and execution for AAG’s national field sales, wholesale mortgage originations and business development initiatives. Scott is a financial services industry veteran, bringing 30+ years of experience in the strategic industry verticals of banking, lending, insurance, and customer experience. Before joining AAG in 2022, Scott served at USAA as General Manager Real Estate Lending and Vice President of Real Estate Production and Distribution. Scott has held several senior-level financial services roles focused on growth, including CEO at Sutherland’s Financial Services Group and President at PHH Mortgage’s Private Label Solutions. Scott earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from Bucknell University and is a Certified Mortgage Banker from the Mortgage Banking Association.
